What is BrewersSuites.com?

BrewersSuites.com is the official single game suites website of the Milwaukee Brewers. BrewersSuites.com is designed specifically for premium suite sales. This website is operated by the Milwaukee Brewers and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Milwaukee Brewers.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data.

Renting a Suite

How do I purchase a Milwaukee Brewers suite?

To book a Brewers suite at American Family Field, visit the RENT A SUITE page and click the game you wish to attend. A suite can be purchased directly from the website via Instant Book or by contacting the Brewers Premium team at 414-902-4029 or [email protected].

Does it pay to wait to book a suite until closer to the event?

Brewers suites are dynamically priced, this means as demand increases (and inventory decreases) the price goes up. It is recommended to reserve a suite sooner than later to secure the best price and location.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes are digital only through the MLB Ballpark App. Once your suite is purchased and loaded by the Brewers Premium team you will receive confirmation and a guide on how to access and distribute your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets to your guests in advance so we can assist with any troubleshooting needs prior to your event.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All Brewers suites are fully private and require a ticket via a door scanner to enter.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. Once your suite is reserved if you have questions please follow up with your Brewers representative. For the smoothest entry please keep in mind The Left Field Gate, Clocktower Entrance and Club Express Entrance have elevator access.

Will I have a private restroom in the Suite?

Yes. Every suite at American Family Field has a private restroom with the exception of the Executive suite, which can be found across the hall.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on BrewersSuites.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)
  • Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative at 414-902-4029

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required on BrewersSuites.com. If looking for alternative payment options, please contact 414-902-4029.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price listed online is the price you pay. No additional fees will be incurred unless you choose to add-on additional tickets, parking or food & beverage.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation for a refund?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event. If the new date/time creates a conflict, please contact your Brewers representative to discuss options.

What if my event is cancelled?

If your game is cancelled, we will notify you immediately and discuss an alternative date. If there are no other dates of interest, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment or via check.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order food & beverage?

Your suite rental includes a ballpark fare food & beverage package. If looking to expand your menu in advance, please contact Delaware North Sportservice at 414-902-4714 or [email protected].

All advance orders are due by 2:00pm three business days prior to your event. Example: Advance orders for Friday, May 20th are due by Tuesday, May 17th at 2:00pm.

Am I required to purchase food & beverage?

No. A ballpark fare menu is included with your suite rental. Additional catering is not required and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food & drink individually from general concessions located throughout the ballpark and bring these items back to the suite.

Can I carry-in my own food & beverage from home?

No. Outside food & beverage is not permitted inside of the suites. If looking for specific items or smaller portions, guests are welcome to purchase food & drink individually from general concessions located throughout the ballpark and bring these items into the suite.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or SROs) for my suite?

SRO’s are available for every suite rental. Please refer to your suite type to know the quantity available. These tickets can be purchased up to 48 hours before your event.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years and under do not require a ticket for admission into American Family Field. Children are welcome in the suites.

What is the bag policy at American Family Field?

Bags will be subject to a security search and screening. Only single-compartment bags sized 9” x 5” x 2” or smaller, clear single-compartment bags sized 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller and one-gallon clear zip lock bags are permitted.

Exceptions made for diaper bags & backpacks used for ADA or medical reasons.

Can I give my own promotion items or gifts to guests in my suite?

Yes. If you wish to provide gifts, please connect with your Brewers representative to coordinate sending or dropping off the items prior to your event as you will not be permitted through security on the day of game. Items are limited to your own suite and cannot be distributed elsewhere in the stadium. Any items are subject to ballpark regulations, for a full list of prohibited items, please view the American Family Field Fan Guidelines.

Can I host a presentation or meeting in my suite on game day?

American Family Field has several meeting room spaces available for rent. If you would like to host a meeting prior to the game, please contact a Brewers representative for details. Most suites are not equipped with presentation capabilities with the exception of the Executive Suite.

Can I bring in a cake?

No. If looking to celebrate a special event, please contact our catering partner, Delaware North Sportservice, to discuss options.

Do the Brewers provide décor for special occasions?

No. Generally, adding additional decorations to the suite is not permitted. If you have specific needs or questions, please contact your suite sales representative.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Please reference the lot on your parking pass, signage as you approach the ballpark, and parking attendant’s instruction. Suite rentals include preferred parking passes, to see in advance where those lots are located review the American Family Field parking map.

When do parking lots open?

Parking lots open 3 hours before first pitch, except for 6:40 p.m. weekday games in which the lots open two and a half hours in advance.

Is tailgating permitted?

Yes. Tailgating is permitted once the parking lots open. Please reference the American Family Field tailgating overview for more details.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens with the gates of American Family Field, 90 minutes before first pitch.

When does my suite close?

The suites close at the conclusion of the game. Please prepare to exit your suite and the stadium quickly once the last out occurs.

Can I order food & beverage during my event?

Yes. Food & beverage is available from our gameday menu. Please allow up to 45 min for additional food orders in-game.

Can I bring home any leftover food or drink after the game?

No. All food and beverage must stay in the suite and cannot leave the ballpark at the conclusion of the game.

Do I need to carry my suite ticket with me once inside the ballpark?

Yes. Tickets must be shown to access the PNC Club Level. Additionally, every suite has a door scanner that keeps the door locked until an appropriate ticket is scanned. If you are going to leave your suite to explore the ballpark, please ensure to have a ticket with you to regain entry.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

A small gratuity is included in your bill. If ordering additional food & beverage or for great service feel free to tip above and beyond.

If I have an issue with my suite on gameday, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please alert your Suite Attendant or call a Suite Concierge using the provided phone in your suite. Both parties can assist resolving issues and getting an appropriate Brewers Premium Services member involved.
